At PMB, we've made the conscious decision to create a SIMPLE pricing model that does not add additional fees and surcharges but rather encompasses all charges to make your bill readable and understandable.

Who can benefit from your services? Why should we choose a professional service instead of just having family help?

Our services are designed for seniors and their families, especially adult children managing relocations in Santa Clara County. We love that families are involved, and we see ourselves as partners to them. However, senior moves are complex and emotionally charged. We provide expert guidance, proven systems, and neutral, compassionate support that reduces family conflict and stress. Many families find that having us manage the project allows them to be the supportive son, daughter, or spouse, instead of the stressed-out project manager.

We speak to our clients as the capable adults they are, using clear, direct, and respectful communication. We always address you by your preferred name and listen to your wishes first and foremost.

At Platinum Moving Bridges (PMB), we specialize in Senior Transition Management. We are much more than movers. We provide compassionate, end-to-end support for older adults who are downsizing or moving to a new home. Our service includes helping with sorting belongings, planning the new space, packing, coordinating with movers, unpacking, and setting up the new home so it feels familiar and comfortable from day one. We handle the logistics so you can focus on the emotional journey.

This is our highest priority. Our strict PMB Code of Conduct requires us to be unwavering advocates for the person in transition. Our recommendations are based solely on your loved one's needs and wishes. We champion their right to make their own decisions and protect their privacy fiercely.
